All programs include a mixture of bodyweight and weighted exercises and can also include various forms of HIIT training and body mobility & flexibility.

Goal setting and accountability are key to long term results and our ethos, so tracking and documenting are done via the everfit app and included as part of the service.

Location

Convenience is such an important component to any person committing to (and sticking with) any form of time investment/change/habit.

 

2fit4u trainers will come to your house or meet you at a location convenient to you and will supply all of the of the equipment needed for you to achieve your goals.

All you need to do is turn up (or roll out of bed) and be ready to sweat!

Nutrition

Any form form of fitness/training should be supplemented by a healthy well rounded diet.

 

As part of the of our initial assessment of you and your goals we will offer some advice as to how to get the most of out of your training goals by eating and drinking â€‹effectively.
