Military Outdoor Fitness Services

BootCamp / Outdoor 

A uniquely developed and structured set of fitnesses classes and workouts run from 2 locations (Greenwich  & Eltham) as well as online.

 

Specifically designed for longterm fitness results and maximum group/social interaction. Why not make friends and have fun while getting healthy. 

 

We cater for all fitness levels and pride ourselves on having classes and programs for everyone.

 

Our group fitness classes are circuit training based, using a variety of bodyweight and weighted exercises with clearly defined goals and friendly competition!

Personal Training

Coaching  one on one or in groups of up to 5. Provided in person, virtually or both.

 

Programs designed specifically for your fitness level and your goals done at a time and place convenient to you. 

 

All programs include a mixture of bodyweight and weighted exercises and can also include various forms of HIIT training and body mobility & flexibility.

Goal setting and accountability are key to long term results and our ethos, so tracking and documenting are done via the everfit app and included as part of the service.

Diet / Habits / Program 

Ever wondered how celebrities get into shape so quickly and then stay in shape long term? 

The simple answer is they have programs (diet, workout and habits) designed specifically for their goals and body composition.

MOFit offers the same style of service at an affordable price!

An initial goal and body assessment leads to a full program designed specifically for you that is documented and tracked via the everfit app. We then speak weekly to review your progress, keep you accountable and update the program as needed.
